Gaviana Resort, Mazatlan

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, my room was clean and the beach access was fantastic. On the other hand, I found the noise levels unbearable, making it tough to relax, and the dining options were underwhelming. Overall, there were some enjoyable aspects, but there were definitely areas that need improvement.

My stay at Ramada Mazatlan was enjoyable overall, with a great location right on the beach and friendly and helpful staff. I had fun during my visit, but the noise from nearby bars at night was quite disruptive, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. The excellent service and beautiful facilities made up for it, but the constant music from the surrounding area was definitely a drawback.

Overall, my stay at the hotel was underwhelming. The location was noisy, with a nightclub right below and live bands playing until the early hours, disrupting any chance of restful sleep. Although the staff did their best to be helpful, the outdated rooms lacked comfort due to the noise, and cleanliness was not up to par. The beach and pool areas were nice, but the overall experience left much to be desired.

This hotel was a huge disappointment for our beach vacation. The noise from the nearby club was relentless, making it impossible to sleep, and we had to change rooms multiple times with no improvement. The cleanliness was lacking, with garbage and bugs everywhere. The only positives were the beach access and the pool area, but that didn't make up for the overall unpleasant experience.

I had an incredible week at the hotel, enjoying a beautiful view of the beach from my spacious room. The staff was outstanding, especially Paulina at the front desk, who made our stay even better. The location was perfect for morning runs on the Malecon and close to many great restaurants. However, the breakfast could use more variety for those craving American options, and I found the pool a bit too chilly to stay in for long.
